PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a normal-mode signal suppressing circuit capable of efficiently suppressing normal mode signals over a wide frequency range, and of being miniaturized. SOLUTION: The normal-mode signal suppressing circuit is provided with a first inductance element 11 inserted into a conductive wire 3 at a first position A, and a second inductance element 12 connected to the element 11 via a magnetic core 13. The normal-mode signal suppressing circuit is also provided with a negative-phase signal transmission circuit 15, when the circuit is connected to the element 12 at second position B in the conductive wire 3; and an impedance element 16 provided between the positions A and B in the conductive wire 3 and for reducing a peak value of a passing signal. The circuit 15 detects a normal mode signal on the conductive wire 3, and supplies an inverted signal, having a phase inverse of the normal signal with respect to the element 12.
