PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light switch having a good click touch by using an EL sheet. SOLUTION: Fixed contacts 4a and 4b are provided on an upper surface of a switch board 4. A movable contact 3 of dome shape is provided above the switch board 4. The movable contact 3 is elastically deformed so as to contact with or separate from the fixed contact 4a. An EL sheet 1 is provided above the movable contact 3 so as to contact with the switch board 4 and an upper surface of the movable contact 3. The EL sheet 1 is provided with a through hole 1a at a portion corresponding to a top portion of the movable contact 3. An operation member 5 is provided above the EL sheet 1. A pressure protrusion 5a is provided on a bottom surface of the operation member 5. The pressure protrusion 5a is inserted into the through hole 1a such that it can directly contact and press the top portion of the movable contact 3. When the EL sheet 1 is bound via a both-side adhesive sheet 2, the both-side adhesive sheet 2 is provided with an escaping hole 2a at a portion corresponding to the through hole 1a.
