PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for sewing a shoulder jointing part of clothing such as an undershirt, comprising a process of putting a shoulder jointing tape on the clothing in the halfway of a neckline tape so as not to increase the thickness of the shoulder jointing tape and a neckline tape at the shoulder jointing part; and to provide clothing made using the method. SOLUTION: The method for sewing a shoulder jointing part comprises the following process: a process of turning over the whole of clothing D where a neckline part 1 is formed, a first shoulder jointing part and a second jointing part are open, and a front body part F and a back body part B are integrally formed; a process of sewing the first shoulder jointing part while layering the front body part on the back body part to put a shoulder tape T1 on the front body part F; a process of developing the front body part F and the back body part B on a flat face and superimposing the tape T2 on the neckline part 1; a process of obliquely inserting the second shoulder tape T3 into a layering edge part between the front body part F and the back body part B; and a process of sewing the second shoulder part 3 toward the shoulder end part from the neckline part while layering a part of the second shoulder tape T3 on the neckline tape T2.
