PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means obtaining excellent bleaching effect when using a liquid bleaching composition in a foamed state. SOLUTION: The means comprises foaming a liquid composition and using the obtained to bleach clothes, wherein the liquid composition contains, each at a specific ratio, (a) hydrogen peroxide, (b) a specific surfactant derived from sugar, (c) a polyoxyalkylene alkyl ether having a 10-14C alkyl and a 7-12 oxyalkylene average addition molar number and (d) water.
