PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new vibration-damping resin composition which has high heat resistance, high engine oil resistance and a high vibration-damping property over a wide temperature range including engine and outer air temperature ranges and has excellent moldability, and to provide a vibration-damping molded article which is used for structure and uses the resin composition. SOLUTION: This vibration-damping resin composition is characterized by comprising an unsaturated polyester resin (A+B) comprising an unsaturated polyester (A) and a cross-linking monomer (B), a difunctional di(meth)acrylate (D) represented by the following formula (1): CH<SB>2</SB>=CR2CO-(R1O)<SB>n</SB>-OCOCR2=CH<SB>2</SB>(1) [(n) is a number of≥2; R1 is a 2 to 13C alkylene or polymethylene chain; R2 is H or methyl], and an inorganic filler (E) surface-treated with a coupling agent, wherein, the amount of the resin (A+B) is 15 to 85 wt. %, and the amount of the difunctional di(meth)acrylate (D) is 85 to 15 wt. %.
