METHOD FOR GENERATING OXYGEN NEGATIVE ION AND GENERATING DEVICE OF OXYGEN NEGATIVE ION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for generating oxygen negative ion and to provide a generating device of the oxygen negative ion. SOLUTION: The method for generating oxygen negative ion is carried out by applying a voltage between an oxygen supply electrode 2A disposed in a part of alumina cement 2 and supplies oxygen, and a collector electrode 5 disposed apart from the alumina cement so as to generate the oxygen negative ion 10 from the alumina cement 2. The method includes steps of: heating the alumina cement 2; applying a voltage higher than the oxygen supply electrode 2A of the alumina cement on the collector electrode 5 ; and supplying oxygen gas 7 or gas 7A containing at least oxygen gas to the oxygen supply electrode 2A of the alumina cement so as to generate oxygen negative ion 10 from the alumina cement 2.
