PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing roller improving the transmission precision by eliminating the unevenness between parts and the space between equipment parts by providing a bearing to a stop ring which is the reference for the equipment parts and a plate spring-like washer which is always abutted to a driving gear. SOLUTION: In the fixing roller provided with a hollow cylinder barrel part and a shaft part and used in a heat fixing device, a plate spring-like washer 7 is provided in between an end surface of the barrel part 2 and an end surface of the bearing 4 installed in the shaft part 3.
