PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relax stress concentration, to eliminate the waste of a stress distribution to achieve rationalization and to more enhance reliability. SOLUTION: A circular clamping platen is equipped with one rectangular base plate 2, four guide holes 3, one circular inside reinforcing structure 4 and a reinforcing wedge 6 in the radial direction between an inside ring and an outside reinforcing structure 5 having a circular (or elliptical) shape.
