PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical diagnostic imaging apparatus which allows a procedure while viewing fluoroscopic images of a fluoroscopic monitor without moving the visual line to a surface of an operation panel. SOLUTION: The medical diagnostic imaging apparatus which performs an image diagnosis by taking X-ray images of a subject at various photographing positions, comprises a bed (15) to mount the subject, an X-ray tube (11) oppositely facing thereto and a supporting device (13) equipped with an X-ray detector (12). An operation part (20) gives operational directions of the photographing positions. A photographing equipment (26) in the operation part photographs projected images of the operation part (20). A display device (40) displays images of specific portions of the subject as well as the projected images of the operation part (20) photographed by the photographic equipment (26) of the operation part. A control part (35) performs the display control. These enable confirmation of the position of self hands in relation to each section of the operation part (20) without moving the visual line to the hands at the operation part.
