PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring rice dispenser compatible with wash-free rice, with which both the wash-free rice and ordinary polished rice can be correctly measured by one measuring rice dispenser. SOLUTION: In the measuring rice dispenser which is disposed up and down with a rice housing chamber 4 in a case body 3 provided with an operation panel 30 in the front face, and a measuring taking-out measure 5, whereas measured rice can be taken out through a process of opening a discharger outlet at the bottom of the measuring taking-out measure 5, while concurrently preventing the rice from flowing in from the rice housing chamber 4 by manually operating a shutter 51 of the measuring taking-out measure 5 an opening area of a communicative passage 40a can be adjusted by mounting, for instance, a volume decreasing spacer 10 detachably with respect to the communicative passage 40a which communicates between the rice housing chamber 4 and the measuring taking-out measure 5.
