A discoloration apparatus comprises control mechanism (1) having two outer plates (11, 11'), dividing plate(s), yarn push blade (13), color selection press blade, color selection blade (15), linkage blade, and elastic element; and operation mechanism (2) pivotally engaged with one end of connecting section (112'), and engage with axle that is coupled with pivotal connecting troughs. Discoloration apparatus comprises control mechanism having two outer plates, dividing plate(s) located between the two outer plates, yarn push blade, color selection press blade, color selection blade, linkage blade, and elastic element pivotally engaged with each dividing plate; and operation mechanism pivotally engaged with one end of connecting section having two side plates (18, 21) that are fastened with yarn cutting blade, yarn feeding blade (25), dividing blade, ad movable cutter, and engage with axle that is coupled with pivotal connecting troughs. The outer plates have one end extended to form a connecting section that has pivotal connecting trough. The apparatus is mounted into the circular knitting machine, and is controlled through yarn releasing and receiving cam and color selection device for feeding discolored yarns to knitting needles to produce discolored jacquard knitting fabrics.
