PURPOSE: A portable voice guiding device is provided to facilitate management by embedding a rewritable memory into a main body of a terminal and writing the data downloaded from an Internet site to the memory. CONSTITUTION: A control part(126) performs entire control operation according to a preset function by receiving key input from a user. A memory part(120) comprises a rewritable program ROM(121) storing a controlling program, a data storage(122) storing the guide information data, and a voice data storage(123) storing the compressed voice data of the guiding contents. An I/O(Input/Output) port(128) downloads a data file of the guide information through a PC or the Internet. A key module(124) performs the key operation for selecting/reading the desired guide information. A voice output part(129) outputs the contents as a voice. A front key display plate makes the user operate a key by displaying function keys and guide item keys.
