<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a top lid structure which is easy to prevent the exterior of a container from getting contaminated with a processing liquid, and the container including the structure. <P>SOLUTION: Instead of a conventional top lid structure of a container which can make the opening of a container body opened and closed, the top lid structure includes a top lid having a flat plate member which can cover the opening, an upper sealing structure annularly provided along the outer periphery on the lower surface of the flat plate member, and a rising plate member annularly provided along the inside of the upper sealing structure and hanging down from the lower surface of the flat plate member, a hinge mechanism for rotating the top lid so that the opening can be opened/closed, and a lower sealing structure provided to annularly surround the circumference of the opening of the container. When closed, the upper sealing structure and the lower sealing structure liquidtightly seal the top lid, and when opened, the edge of the rising plate member on the side with the hinge mechanism is positioned above a region surrounded by the circumference of the opening. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
