<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nozzle structure for whipping milk with which even an inexperienced person can whip the milk easily and evenly, and noise decreases while working for whipping the milk. <P>SOLUTION: In the nozzle structure for whipping the milk, a steam duct body is provided which is equipped with a steam passage starting from a steam inlet port on one end side where steam is supplied from a steam generator, a steam nozzle body having a steam nozzle orifice is provided on other end side where a terminal end of the steam passage communicates, a groove section is formed which is directed in the radial direction on the end of the steam nozzle body, the steam nozzle orifice is opened in the groove section, an air duct body is provided which is equipped with an air passage starting from an air inlet port on one end side facing the outside air, an air nozzle body having an air nozzle orifice is provided on other end side of the air duct where a terminal end of the air passage communicates, and the air duct body whose air inlet port on one end side is exposed to open air is inserted into the steam duct body, while the air nozzle body on other end side of the air duct body is fitted in the steam nozzle body, whereby the air nozzle orifice is positioned in the steam air nozzle orifice. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
