<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cellphone constituted to allow position retrieval even after shutdown by low voltage detection. <P>SOLUTION: This cellphone has an input part (1) capable of staring special power supply restart after the shutdown of the cellphone caused by the drop of battery voltage; distress signal generating parts (2, 3) for generating distress signals when the special power supply restart is started by the input part; and a transmitting part for transmitting the distress signals as transmission wave through a different path from a transmit path of transmit signals other than the distress signals. The transmitting part comprises a frequency converting part for carrying out the frequency conversion of the distress signals into low frequency signals, and transmits the low frequency signals as transmission wave through the different path. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
