<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing structure, a solar cell module using the same, a sealing method and the same for the solar cell module for preventing penetration of moisture. <P>SOLUTION: A conductor 9 is provided in a transparent and insulative glass substrate 1 and the solar cell unit 2 is covered with a metallic sealing material 6 including an insulating layer 8 so as to seal the solar cell unit 2 (a transparent conductive film 3, a power generating film 4 and a backside metallic film 5) formed in the substrate 1, while the sealing member 6 is connected to the conductor 9 by using a metal 10 of a low melting point. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
