PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that costs are increased due to increase of the number of controllers (field control stations) though the controllers are distributively arranged and subsystem communication modules are arranged to direct connection nodes of the controllers in order to realize subsystem communication with PLCs (programmable logic controllers) dotted in a wide range. SOLUTION: Intervals between the direct connection node to be directly connected with the controllers and remote nodes are connected by a general purpose network and the subsystem communication modules are arranged to the remote modes. Since the number of controllers can be reduced and general purpose components can be used, a control system which can perform control and information collection to the PLCs distributively arranged in the wide range can be constructed at low costs.
