PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat radiation prevention tool able to be used by combination with a tripod furnished on a gas range, etc. or to use with high generality and without a feeling of resistance by integrating it with the tripod. SOLUTION: This heat radiation prevention tool to be used by combination with the tripod arranged in a circumference of a flame part of a heating cooking utensil is formed of a ring shielding belt formed so that the height position of the upper end edge when it is arranged in the outer periphery of the tripod is lower than the height position of the upper end edge of the tripod. Or, it is constituted of the ring shielding belt for heat radiation prevention arranged in the outer periphery of the tripod and formed so that a height position of an upper end edge of a projected part is higher than the height position of the upper end edge of the tripod, when the ring shielding belt for heat radiation prevention is arranged in the outer periphery of the tripod by arranging a plurality of the projected parts projected toward the inside in an upward direction and a diametrical direction of the ring shielding belt for heat radiation prevention, by opening a specified interval in a circumferential direction on the upper end edge of the ring shielding belt for heat radiation prevention.
