摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method to provide refrigeration to a refrigeration load which enables use of environmentally friendly refrigerants. SOLUTION: A warm temperature supercritical pressure refrigerant fluid stream 50 is cooled by indirectly heat-exchanging it with air in a gas cooler 100. A cooled high supercritical pressure cooling fluid flow 10 enters an inside heat exchanger 110 from the gas cooler 100 and cooled by indirectly heat-exchanging it with a cooling fluid for warming. The cooled high supercritical pressure refriegerant fluid stream 10 is delivered as a flow 20 from the inside heat exchanger 110 to an expansion device which is a dense phase turbo-expander 120 as an example shown in the drawing and becomes one of low pressure side pressure rather higher than critical pressure of energy of the refrigerant fluid. The flow 20 expanded through the expansion device flows as a cold supercritical pressure refrigerant fluid stream 30 out of the expansion device. The cold temperature supercritical pressure refrigerant fluid stream 30 is warmed by cooling the warm temperature high supercritical pressure refrigerant fluid stream 50 and provides refrigeration to a refrigeration load.
