PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blowing fan capable of increasing the wind quantity to be blown, even when set on a passage having a relatively large passage resistance, and reducing the blowing noise by providing a turbo blade in an optimum position of the rotor blade of an axial fan. SOLUTION: This blowing fan has a hub 52 connected to the rotating shaft of a motor and a number of blades 54 mounted on the outside surface of the hub 52 at fixed intervals to flow air in the centrifugal direction of the fan. Although this fan is produced in a shape of axial fan or diagonal fan by integrally forming the separate turbo blade 56 on the tip 54c or trailing edge 54b of the rotor blade 54, the blowing noise can be reduced in addition to the increase in the entire wind quantity of the fan by embodying the optimum set angle of the turbo blade 56.
