PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing water supply device capable of supplying a toilet bowl with the requested flow of wash water irrespective of the pressure of a water supply source in spite of a relatively simple constitution. SOLUTION: The washing water supply device for supplying the toilet bowl with wash water using the pressure of the water supply source is provided with a pressure regulating mechanism for acquiring prescribed pressure irrespective of the pressure of the water supply source; an on-off valve with a flow regulating function arranged downstream of the pressure regulating mechanism to adjust the opening; and a control device for controlling a valve open time and the opening of the on-off valve with the flow regulating function.
