PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an open-close device capable of easily opening and closing an opening. SOLUTION: The open/close device 1 has an open/close body 11 opening and closing the opening 3. A hand-grip operating body 31 with an operating section 33 as a hand grip by deformation in the opposite direction from the surface of a slat 15 for the open/close body 11 is mounted on the open/close body 11. The hand-grip operating body 31 is formed integrally in an approximately tabular shape along the surface of the slat 15 for the open/close body 11.
