PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bed having a backrest that can be relatively inclined with respect to a headboard simply by mounting it to the headboard and is simply structured. SOLUTION: The bed has a plate removably connected to the front face of the headboard through a removable mechanism, a backrest portion located in the front face of the plate, the inclination mechanism interposed between the front face of the plate and the backrest portion and designed to incline the backrest portion with respect to the headboard.
