PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make creation environment of an operation program of a robot efficient and to easily create many programs for realizing the robot of which a user does not get tired in an entertainment robot. SOLUTION: Visual programming environment is provided by arranging operation instruction buttons by every one of movable parts 51 to 55 of a robot operation part 5 on a time chart displayed on a screen of a terminal 1 and a state that each of the movable parts 51 to 55 of the robot is synchronized is made to be easily grasped. In addition, automatic generation of the operation program 41 for controlling operations of the movable parts 51 to 55 of the robot is made possible by utilizing a plurality of component programs 21 made into components in a terminal storage part 2 and combining the component programs 21 according to voice uttered by the robot.
