PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide nonslip cargo handling in the pallet loading, and antistatic property with less dust deposition or the like. SOLUTION: The resin composition contains≥80 mass % polyethylene resin of the melt mass flow rate of 0.1-5.0 g/10 minutes at 190°C by a method in compliance with JIS K-7210 and of the density of 0.885-0.940 g/cm<SP>3</SP>. A polyethylene heat-shrinkable film for packaging applications has the heat shrinkage factor of≥50% measured at least in one direction at 120°C in compliance with JIS Z-1709, the surface specific resistance of≤10<SP>13</SP>Ωon at least one surface, the slip starting angle of≥35°in a non-shrinkage state of film surfaces forming an exterior surfaces after the packaging measured by a measurement method in compliance with the inclination method of JIS P-8147, and the thickness of 25-100μm.
