PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a floor impulsive sound level in an optional frequency band in a void slab, particularly in a 125 Hz band. SOLUTION: A floor slab of a multiple dwelling house comprises a concrete layer 12 and a plurality of pipes 14, 16 embedded in the concrete layer to specify hollow parts in the concrete layer. Each pipe has a length other than integer times as long as half-wave length of the bending wave of an optional frequency band propagated in the concrete layer. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
