PURPOSE: A multifunction wireless memory pack is provided to support a universal serial bus standard to improve a data access speed. CONSTITUTION: A multifunction wireless memory pack includes a memory(13), a main controller(17), a radio communication unit(16), a CODEC(14), a wireless memory module(10), and a battery module(22). The memory provides a data storage region required when an application is operated. The radio communication unit transmits data delivered from the main controller in radio. The CODEC decodes an audio signal transmitted through the radio communication unit and outputs the decoded signal to a headset(40) connected to a headset jack(12). The wireless memory module includes a universal serial port that connects the main controller to an external device according to a universal serial bus standard. The battery module provides power to the wireless memory module.
