<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide royal jelly-containing food product which is a novel food product produced from extract residues of royal jelly conventionally wasted. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing the royal jelly-containing food product comprises an extraction process where royal jelly is mixed with an extractant to precipitate insoluble matters, and a separation process where solid-liquid separation is conducted after extraction to obtain residues.
