<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a visual field movement operating method capable of conducting visual field moving operation only by simple operation, and receiving no restriction in operation according to a kind of an operation input device. <P>SOLUTION: In an image indicating system changing indication of image data on the basis of visual field moving instruction, one or a plurality of visual field movement starting areas corresponding to visual field moving operation defining indication update processing contents of the image data is indicated on an indicating window. When a pointer enters the visual field movement starting area, the visual field moving operation corresponding to the visual field movement starting area is activated. On the basis of the relative moving amount of the pointer relative to a pointer position in activating the visual field moving operation, the indication of the image data is updated according to the indication update processing contents defined in the activated visual field moving operation. When the pointer moves to the outside of the visual field movement starting area corresponding to the activated visual field moving operation and exists in the indicating window, the visual field moving operation is inactivated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
