PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated heat exchange device capable of preventing mixing of fluid flowing in the inside of adjacent heat exchanging parts. SOLUTION: This integrated heat exchange device is used as a condenser for car air-conditioner and an oil cooler of various types of oil of an automobile. The oil cooler 1 having two pipe type headers 10, 20 arranged in parallel with an interval between them and a plurality of parallel type heat transfer tubes with both ends respectively connected to the both headers 10, 20 and the condenser 2 are vertically arranged and integrated. Recessed parts 30, 31 fitted with the end parts of the headers 10, 20 are formed on both sides of a connector 3, and the end parts of the headers 10, 20 are fitted in the recessed parts 30, 31 of the connector 3 and are connected to the connector 3.
