PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inside illumination type display plate which is light-weight and thin and is made easily long-sized and is suitably used in a fascia which emits sounds by a sensor. SOLUTION: The inside illumination type display plate is provided with an enclosure base which is provided with a bottom part and a pair of wall parts opposed to each other and has an aperture face, a light source in the enclosure base, a reflecting plate provided in the bottom part, an image part laid between the pair of wall parts, an acoustic device, and a sensor means which senses a person to make the acoustic device emit sounds, music, or the like. The reflecting plate has≥99% diffuse reflection factor, and the image part comprises a surface transparent plate, an inside light-transmissive plate, and an image medium insertion part for characters, graphics, etc. formed in a space between both plates, and the acoustic device comprises a speaker, a speaker driving means, and sound recording and reproducing means. Because of adoption of this constitution, space saving is realized when the fascia is buried in a wall surface or attached to a wall surface, namely. a fixed type, and the fascia is made light-weight and is easy to handle and is superior in design and has an appealability when being a mobile type.
