PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated magnetic head which is laminated with soft magnetic films, can maintain high adhesive strength and prevent the soft magnetic film from peeling off, and has excellent recording characteristics. SOLUTION: The laminated magnetic head 59 is provided with an under layer 12 or metallic layers 32 and 43 consisting of at least one metal selected from Ti and Cr between a nonmagnetic ceramic substrate 13 and the nitride-based soft magnetic film 11 mainly composed of Fe or between the nitride-based soft magnetic films 31 and 41 having laminated structures of≥2 layers provided with intermediate insulating layers 34 and 44 consisting of a nonmagnetic oxide or nonmagnetic nitride and the insulating layers 34 and 44.
