PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate defects with a dedicated software for transmitting insert mails wherein, since the mail system executes all of the generation and transmission of electronic mails on a local computer, it takes a long processing time for transmission, and the processing can be performed only by a computer in which a rather expensive dedicated software purchased is installed. SOLUTION: A client terminal communicating with a server through the Internet transmits the data required for the transmission of the insert mail to the server, and the actual transmission processing is performed by the server. Accordingly, on a local side, the processing is completed in a short time. As a high degree-of-freedom service, this mail system is provided at a cost lower than that of the dedicated software.
