PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a ticket from being erroneously put into a coin storage part, and also prevent a coin from being erroneously collected in a ticket collection part. SOLUTION: Tilt rollers 9 and 10 making a pair, which face each other at a very small interval, tilt at the same angle and roll the coin along the tilt, are provided at the lower part of a ticket and coin throw-in slot member 23. The tilt rollers 9 and 10 rotate in the direction of rolling the ticket with their joint works and are freely opened and closed by means of the drive of a motor 30. A ticket ejection sheet 52, which rotates with linking the opening motion of the tilt rollers 9 and 10 and ejects the ticket 24 remaining between the tilt rollers 9 and 10, is provided. A stopper 53, which is formed integrally with the ticket ejection sheet 52, stops the ticket 24 remaining on the tilt rollers 9 and 10 when the tilt rollers 9 and 10 are closed.
