PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pair of scissors equipped with a comb to eliminate frequent changes of a pair of scissors and a comb between the left and right hands of a barber or frequent operations of both materials by one hand for cutting hair pinched between fingers. SOLUTION: An element 20 of a pair of scissors' elements 10 and 20 is equipped with a comb 40 at a back 23 of an edge part 22. Holding the scissors 1 for cutting hair pinched between fingers by inserting the right thumb into an annular part 11 and the third finger into an annular part 21, a barber scoops up some hair with a comb 40 equipped on the back 23 of the scissors element 20 and pinches the hair under the comb 40 between the index and middle fingers of the reverse left hand, and then removes the comb 40 from the hair and cuts the hair held by the index and middle fingers with crossing blade parts 12 and 22.
