PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a showcase for sushi ingredient that reduces a mental burden on a cook and maintains a good sanitary condition. SOLUTION: The sushi ingredient showcase 10 is made up of a machine compartment 11 (compressor, fan, condenser), a case 12, and glass sliding doors 13. Antimicrobial handles 14 are attached to both ends of the sliding doors 13. The handle 14 may be formed of a resin composition mixed with an antimicrobial, covered with antimicrobial glass pieces or the handles may be coated with an antimicrobial paint. The handle 14 may be formed by hollowing glass doors and an antimicrobial film may be applied to those portions or coated with an antimicrobial paint or the sliding doors may be antimicrobial glass sheets.
