A magnetic resonance unit antenna has two adjacent elements (1, 2) with figure of eight shaped inductive coupling coil (4) arranged to minimize inductive coupling between the elements and tuned with an adjustable trimming capacitance (C4). An Independent claim is included for a magnetic resonance signal measurement procedure using the antenna.
