PURPOSE: A structure of a passenger airbag door is provided to improve safety by forming an incision line at a skin unit, a core unit and a foam unit simultaneously and smoothly opening the airbag door. CONSTITUTION: An instrument panel(10) includes a skin unit(11), a core unit(12), and a foam unit(13) formed between the skin unit and the core unit. An airbag module(20) is fixed to the bottom of the core unit so that an airbag(21) is spread in a vehicle crash. An airbag door(100) is integrated with the instrument panel and is opened when the airbag is spread. A reinforcing bracket(40) is integrally installed at the upper part of the core unit. An incision line(50) is formed at the skin unit, the core unit and the foam unit simultaneously. |
