PURPOSE: A three-dimensional image display system for forming a three-dimensional spatial position coordinate through spatial shift of an optical medium is provided to form the three-dimensional spatial position coordinate on an optical medium distribution screen. CONSTITUTION: A three-dimensional image display system for forming a three-dimensional spatial position coordinate through spatial shift of an optical medium includes an optical medium generator(8), a controller(27), and an optical medium distribution screen(7). The optical medium generator has an optical medium that emits light or forms a shape according to an external radiant. The controller controls the radiant according to a control program. The optical medium distribution screen spatially moves an object image to form a three-dimensional spatial position coordinate, to thereby form a real image and an imaginary image of the object image.
