PURPOSE: A floating pier is provided to improve durability and produce in various shapes by making a housing of a floating body directly contacting with the surface of the water from FRP(Fiber Reinforced Plastic), to increase safety by reducing fluctuations of floatage even by the leakage of water caused by the breakages of some of cells, and to easily repair by opening and closing some of inner cells. CONSTITUTION: A floating pier installed on the water and used for approaching a ship alongside the pier is composed of a housing(110) installed on the water, extended from the bottom to the predetermined height to form an inner space therein, and made from FRP; an upper plate combined on the housing to close the inner space of the housing to increase floatage; horizontal and vertical partitions(115,117) installed in a lattice form between the housing and the upper plate to divide the inner space of the housing into a plurality of cells(121) and form an independent closed space; and at least one opening and closing plate formed on the upper plate to open and close some of the cells formed by the horizontal and vertical partitions.
