摘要 <p>An acrylic resin composition that is excellent in impact resistance, antiweatherability and processability and exhibits low gloss. In particular, an acrylic resin composition comprising 10 to 40 pts.wt. of high-molecular- weight acrylic (co)polymer (A) being a mono- or multi-staged polymer compose d of 72 to 100 wt.% of methyl methacrylate and 28 to 0 wt.% of copolymerizable monomer and having a specific viscosity (solvent: toluene, concentration: 0. 4% and temperature: 30.ordm.C) of 0.5 or higher wherein the mono-staged polymer is comprised of 72% by weight or more of methyl methacrylate, has a specific viscosity of 0.5 or higher and occupies 55% by weight or more of the whole- stage total weight; 0 to 80 pts.wt. of acrylic (co)polymer (B) composed of 5 0 to 100 wt.% of methyl methacrylate and 50 to 0 wt.% of copolymerizable monom er and having a specific viscosity of less than 0.5; and 10 to 90 pts.wt. of impact resistance modifier of multilayer structure provided that the total o f components (A), (B) and (C) constitute 100 pts.wt., which acrylic resin composition exhibits a melt flow index (230.ordm.C and 3.8 kg load) of 0.35 to 1.4 g/10 min.</p>
