PURPOSE: A resin mortar composition containing glass materials instead of silica as a filler is provided, which has excellent fluidity, self-leveling, and resistance against abrasion, surface scratch and cracking. The resultant mortar is easily applied to floors and prevents the cracking of floors. CONSTITUTION: The resin mortar composition comprises: 100parts by weight of liquid organic resin(1) based on epoxy, aryl, urethane, alkyd, polyester and polyvinyl chloride; 10-200parts by weight of glass bead(2a) having a 200mesh-3mm size as a filler(2) for fluidity and self leveling; 10-400parts by weight of glass powder(2b) having a 10micrometer-1mm for increase of impact resistance and prevention of shrinkage and expansion, 0.1-50parts by weight of glass fiber(2c) such as chopped fiber(2-I2mm) or milled fiber(100-300micrometer) for increase of tensile strength and prevention of cracking; and optionally 0.1-20parts by weight of pigment or color chip and 1-100parts by weight of solvent, wherein each amount of glass materials is based on 100parts by weight of the solid resin in the composition The composition is applied to the floors by coating prepared resin mortar on the floor and spraying 10-I00g/m¬2 of glass bead over the mortar under air pressure of 1-10kgf/cm¬2 for removing foams formed in the resin mortar.
