PURPOSE: A make-up composition for keratinic fibers, especially eye lashes or brows is provided, thereby sufficiently making-up or charging and optionally separating keratinic fibers, especially eye lashes or brows. CONSTITUTION: The make-up composition for keratinic fibers comprises an aqueous wax dispersion with a plateau modulus of rigidity of at least 4000 Pa, preferably at least 5500 Pa or a solids content of at least 42 wt.% and a wax particle size of 1 micrometer or less, and includes a gelling polymer and a nonionic surfactant with a hydrophilic-lipophilic balance of at least 8 at 25 deg.C.
