<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust pipe joint device capable of being assembled and disassembled in a short time, reduced in weight, and made non-directionally rockable so that it can be provided in any portion of an exhaust pipe system regardless of the rocking direction to exhibit an intended joint function. <P>SOLUTION: This exhaust pipe joint device 1 has a flange part 4 provided on the pipe end 3 of an upstream exhaust pipe 2, a flange part 7 provided on the pipe end 6 of a downstream exhaust pipe 5 arranged opposite to the exhaust pipe 2 in the pipe axial direction X, an annular seal body 8 arranged between the flange parts 4 and 7, and four pinching members 11 each of which abuts on the flange part 4 at one end 9 and on the flange part 7 at the other end 10, respectively, to elastically pinch the flange parts 4 and 7.
