<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-bathroom audio device which can automatically correct audio characteristics in a bathroom into optimum sound field characteristics and is easily adaptive to inner sides of bathrooms in various styles. <P>SOLUTION: The device is equipped with an audio reproducing device capable of reproducing a specified audio through a speaker arranged in a bathroom, a microphone which picks up the audio reproduced by the sound reproducing device and provided to a remote controller, and a DSP capable of correcting sound field characteristics according to sound data picked up by the microphone, and the DSP automatically corrects the sound field characteristics by the audio reproducing device at a listening position in the bathroom according to the sound data picked up by the microphone arranged at the listening position. Then the DSP makes the audio reproducing device reproduces a specified audio signal for measurement which is previously set and corrects the sound field characteristics according to the audio data of the audio signal for measurement picked up by the microphone. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
