<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an output-stabilizing system which can effectively materialize downsizing and cost reduction, being equipped with superior performance. <P>SOLUTION: This sytem stabilizes power output supplied from an external power source 2 to an extenral load. A power accumulator is arranged between the power source 2 and external output 3, and the power accumulator 4 has a capacity to cope with the amount of voltage ripple of the power source. The circuit is constituted so that the power accumulator 4 compensates the voltage ripples of the power source, according to excess or deficiency of the power voltage. Switches 6, 7, and 8 are arranged between each of both poles of the electric double-layer capacitor 5 of the power accumulator 4 and the external power source 2, and also this system controls the charge state of the power accumulator 4, according to the excess or deficiency of the voltage of the external power source 2, by the switching of each switch 6, 7, and 8, and boosts and lowers the volage via the power accumulator 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
