<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability and conduct a smooth presentation by transferring a screen to be overwritten to an operable mode without an operator's awareness in an overwriting mode. <P>SOLUTION: A tool bar area storage part 203 stores a display area on the display screen of a tool bar which controls an APL having execution right immediately before start up when the APL 114 is started for overwriting.
