<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To judge whether to receive and register a data file according to a charge needed to output a received data file and the attribute of the output device outputting the data file. <P>SOLUTION: When a data file to be printed by a printer device 50 is registered into a file server 30, a print charge for printing the data file to be registered by the printer device 50 and a maximum charge set by a payment reception unit 56 of the printer device 50 are compared, and registration of the data file is refused if the print charge exceeds the maximum charge, otherwise, the data file is registered. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
