PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safety tire for enabling stable traveling even if the tire is in a damaged state without sacrificing the rolling resistance and ride quality in normal traveling before the tire is damaged. SOLUTION: A tire is fitted to a rim, a chamber extending in the circumferential direction along the rim via a hollow ring-shaped bulkhead is demarcated inside the tire demarcated by the tire and the rim, and a foaming composition is filled in the chamber.
