PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid spraying device capable of efficiently spraying water, washing liquid or the like onto a floor, a wall or the like of a public use toilet. SOLUTION: A liquid spraying device 10 has a cylindrical nozzle 20 having a closed tip 22, a bearing 30 for rotatably supporting an opened base part 21 of the nozzle 20, and a duct 40 fitting to the inside of the bearing 30 and communicating with the nozzle 20. In the device, a plurality of liquid spraying holes 26 penetrating through the outer surface 23 and the inner surface 24 of the nozzle 20 are formed. When liquid introduced inside the nozzle 20 from the duct 40 is jetted from the plurality of liquid spraying holes 26, the opposite directions with respect to the directions 46 of the jetting liquid are apart from a rotating center shaft 27 of the nozzle 20. Furthermore, the directions 46 of the jetting liquid from the plurality of liquid spraying holes 26 contain the directions inclined on the tip part 22 side of the nozzle 20 and the directions inclined on the base part 21 side of the nozzle 20.
